Colette Colclough, has over 30 years of human resources experience, with concentration on leadership and employee-to-employer relationships in the government, non-profit, and private sectors. Colette is a broker specializing in creating partnerships, and relationships by connecting businesses and people for personal and professional success.

Her expertise is diverse networking and relationship building delivers measurable results. As the founder of the non-profit, Forward Women’s Leadership Forum, a leadership community for women.

Who We Are

The Forward Women’s Leadership Forum (FWLF) was established in October 2018 by Colette Colclough, retired VP of Human Resources at Maryland Public Television (MPT). FWLF is a nonprofit 501c3 organization. The FWLF was established to serve women wanting to cultivate their lives, careers, and community. The FWLF is a venue for women to come together and experience other positive, influential, and uplifting women from all walks of life. Women can acquire knowledge, obtain resources, and make connections that will help them move forward to reach their goals.
